During my recent corporate retreat at Hampton Inn in Collierville, I found the hotel to be a suitable base for business travelers. The location, conveniently near restaurants and shopping, allowed me to reconnect with old friends during breaks. The 500-square-foot meeting room comfortably accommodates up to 30 people, making it ideal for team discussions. The hotel features a well-equipped 24-hour business center, providing a seamless environment for remote work. With reliable Wi-Fi and multiple charging stations, I was able to stay productive throughout my stay. I appreciated the coffee and snack stations in the lobby, which allowed for quick refreshment between meetings. Although I enjoyed the breakfast, particularly the cinnamon-flavored waffles, minor communication gaps did arise. While I initially received timely responses to my inquiries via text, my follow-up requests went unanswered. This highlighted a potential area for improvement in the hotel’s guest communication system—offering a more responsive service for on-the-go guests. Hampton Inn stands out for its cleanliness and friendly staff, creating a peaceful atmosphere conducive to business travel while ensuring that core amenities are effectively met.
